What is a Vitalist?
One who learns about, taps into, then effectively applies themselves to adapting their nervous system to better handle modern stress who then learns to help others do it too. Vitalists acknowledge that we are all connected to a source of Life Energy and the quality of our Lives depend on how well we connect to and express Life through us.
What is Vitalism?
A theory that states we cannot be reduced to physical material mechanisms, rather we primarily originate from and express life forces.
What Does Vitalist Offer?
An ecology of lifestyle design practices that check and balance one another and combine to optimize both our sense-making mechanisms and our vitality. Our practices are methods of PhaseShifting® which take us from a low energy state to a high coherence energy state.

Applying skills, simple tools, techniques and practices to consciously go from states of distress to states of eustress, from out of balance to in balance, from distracted to present in real life. We Phaseshift to move from states of stress to experiences of success.
What Makes the Vitalist Approach Different?
Rather than focusing on healing, treating, curing or fixing symptoms, our techniques, tools and practices interrupt the stress state, restore whole brain function and balance the autonomic nervous system. This enables the natural self-healing, growth, repair and regeneration that our bodies are capable of so that we can experience and express life with more meaning, inspiration and fulfillment.
We see chronic unrelieved stress as the causal problem to the vast majority of our health challenges. While most people are hacking away at the effects, they do not understand the nervous system and how it is at the top of the chain of command. Without making changes at the brain, the attempts to change anything in the nervous system, fascia, muscles or bones is short lived.
How Can I Heal and Feel More Vital?
Start by taking greater and greater responsibility for where you are in your life and how you feel and function. Then take small steps towards creating rhythmic and reliable action in the most basic areas of your life: resting, nourishing, hydrating, moving, breathing and expressing.
Bring more presence into these aligned actions as well as the space and feeling within you each day. Create “pattern interrupts” to the little things in your life that have become conditioned and unconscious. Seek qualified help from others that can assist you in increasing your nervous system balance and vitality. Get help to equilibrate your perceptions until you can see more objectively, especially those situations that you historically have only seen downsides/drawbacks.

We are not doctors or medical practitioners. We respect those who are and love referring out to other professionals when needed. We do not believe that anyone is deficient in drugs or diagnoses and we have found that most health challenges are stress related and are able to be resolved by a balanced autonomic nervous system and a vital lifestyle.
What is EDGU?
EDGU is evolutionary spinal maintenance, a practice that gently exercises the intervertebral disks to maintain their inherent cushioning and pliability. It induces brain balance and greater whole brain function.
